WHOA BY VICTORIA KIMANI WOWS!

#MUSIC/VIDEO REVIEW

Song: WHOA
Artiste: VICTORIA KIMANI; feat PREZZO & AY.

This is a party anthem and a sure club banger. A well scripted story of love that brings together three gifted artists and the video is also great.

There is proper lighting as Prezzo and AY drop their killer lines. Victoria’s voice enhances the video mellowly and gives it a Nikki-Minaj twist and feel.
The video scenes moving from the house to the ghetto is we dramatized and edited. There is a break of scene monotony too with shots of Victoria and her girls dancing. The choice of attires is on-point too.

This is a sure club-banger! Ladies it is time to let your hair down now…

P-UNIT’S & NAMELESS’ NEW VIDEOS: A HIT OR A MISS?

#MUSIC/VIDEO REVIEW

Double Chanel-O award winning P-unit pop group recently released their new sh 2million worth LOVE video. Earlier; Nameless had released African woman (ring the alarm) video on his latest project-B4IR (before I retire) album.

Both of these guys are associated with fast tempo genge and kapuka music. This time we see a laid-back tune but a high notch for the lovers.

Both videos are well shot; without a doubt! Good lighting and good quality. However; for me, I feel the songs are a bit boring and a miss. What is your take?

KENYA SET TO HOST CHAN 2018

#sports-stretch

As a local sports fan; I am one happy guy-Kenya will host the 2018 Africa Nations Championship(CHAN).T this was officially confirmed by Confederation of African Football (CAF) after an executive meeting held on Friday at the CAF headquarters in Cairo; Egypt.

With Kenya’s bid accepted; now the hard part comes in- to put together a working Local Organizing Committee (LOC) to seek funds and put in place other logistics starting immediately.
Kenya had missed out on the bid to host the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations finals after the Government failed to provide the necessary guarantees on time.

With such a magnitude event; my bet is on Nairobi; Mombasa; Machakos; Kisumu and Nakuru counties to step up and host the tournament.

Kenya last attempted to host a continental tournament in 1966; but pulled out citing lack of finances and Government support for the Africa Nations Cup. South Africa went on to host and win the tournament.

The federation will need close to 500M to host a successful event in 2018- it will be a plus for the fans and the national team too to play in a continental event if they miss out on 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in morocco and the 2016 CHAN in Rwanda.
