Malawi's contestant Wati had initially been nominated by housemates, but since he is this week's head of house, he had an opportunity to replace himself with Kyle.
This is the first time for Janeatte to be nominated. The only housemate who has evaded nomination since she was upgraded to Upville is Zambia's Talia.
Prezzo is the only Kenyan contestant remaining in the house. Kenya's Alex was evicted last Sunday.
The reality show will end on Sunday, August 5. At the end, one winner will walk away with $300,000 (25 million) cash prize.
