In one of the most daring act of public execution,
gun trotting criminals struck at Westgate Mall; Nairobi’s most lavish shopping
,all and arbitrarily shot at shoppers before holding others hostage for hours.
Driving the
following through Westland’s, parklands and later into the city center; I got
pictures of places that seemed to be on a normal mode; while other areas were
still coming to terms with the terror’s aftermath.
Despite our differences; I saw concerned Kenyans as
Kencom House donating blood despite the long queues. And like the president
said; “we shall win the evil works of the devil through our actual deeds of
love!”
